- Writing: Finish introduction paragraph for expository paper - "What I Want to be When I Grow Up." Include a grabber, a topic sentence, and 3 reasons for why you want to work in that field when you grow up.
- Math: Buy division flash cards
Tuesday 12/11/2012:
- Read for 30 minutes
- Reading: Complete a Venn Diagram or T-Chart for the last question in the "Ready, Set...Flop" Extended response packet. Compare/Contrast Hershel and Jesse. (Do not write the essay yet)
- Math: Workbook page 22 - dividing multiples of 10 and 100; Buy division flash cards
- Review "The Mystery of Mars" vocabulary
Wednesday 12/12/2012:
- Read for 30 minutes
- Math: 2 division problems from the board; Buy division flashcards
- Scholastic Magazine: Read the articles and complete the graphic organizer

- Math: Workbook page 24, #4-6 (use #1-3 done in class to guide you) - think about which answers are reasonable, not the exact answers to each division problem

- Math: Textbook page 99, #7-12 (use #1-4 done in class to guide you); for extra credit complete the rest of the problems on page 99
- Space Posters due Monday - NO EXCEPTIONS
