Achieve3000

Achieve3000 is an online reading program designed to improve students' abilities to read and comprehend nonfiction texts.  Students engage with real-world news by reading newspaper style articles that are differentiated for them based on their reading skills and needs.  Students are expected to read at least 1 article per week and complete a series of related activities - send an email responding to a prompt about the topic of the article, answer a poll question, take a multiple choice quiz about the article, and answer a "thought question" (open-ended question) about the article.  Students are not required to work from home, but may access the site for their own growth.
